As promise by our Mummy that she will give Wally a barkday treat on Sunday. Haha all of us get to enjoy the treat too. She cooked lamb chop with roast potatoes and carrot for our dinner. As for the barkday cake - Carrot & Green Pea cake, a new recipe she adapted from Keiko's Cookbook - Okashi.
Lamb Chop with Rosemary Roast Potatoes & carrot
Thinly sliced lamb chop marinated with some fresh rosemary herb & a little chopped garlic. Lightly seared lamb chop on a frying pan till cooked. Boiled potatoes & carrot till half cooked and baked it with some olive oil & rosemary till golden brown.Carrot & Green Pea Cake
