Baked Mini Pumpkin Donut

Promised my 6 little sweethearts that I will bake these donuts for them during the weekend. This was baked using the donut tray and needless to say they were so excited when I was baking it. As usual all will crowd around the kitchen waiting for their fresh home-made treat.

Ingredients:
(A)
175g Unbleached flour or whole Wheat flour
50g Plain flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1tsp Cinnamon powder
(B)
150g Unsweetened low fat yogurt
60g Olive oil
250g Canned Pumpkin
2 nos Eggs
3tbsp Honey

Method:
Preheat oven 200 degree C
1. Sieve (A) & set aside.
2. Whisk (B) till well mix.
3. Fold (A) into (B) till well incorporated.
4. Pipe into the donut mould & bake for 10-12 mins till cooked & golden brown.
5. Cool on a rack before serving.
