Dog Durian Cake Recipe - Version 2 (Version 1 refer to here)
Ingredients:
230g Unbleached flour (Organic)
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
150g Unsweetened low fat yogurt
60g Sunflower oil/Olive oil
180g Durian flesh (Puree)
3 nos Eggs
4tbsp Honey
Method: (note: I'm using Kenwood cake mixer to whisk)
Preheat oven 160 degree C
1. Whisk eggs, durian puree & honey at max speed for 10 min until stiff.
2. Stir in yogurt and oil mix well.
3. Use a spatular to fold in the sifted flour till well incorporated.
4. Pour into the non-stick tin & bake for 40 - 45 mins till cooked.

Never had durian cake before....must be very delicious and loaded with flavours.
