Beef & Cheese Biscuit

Recipe from Doggy Dessert Chef.

Change lamb to beef. This biscuit was really nice, even Wally the picky one loves it too.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Minced beef (cooked)
1/2 cup Light Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Milk
1 Egg

Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg c.
2. Allow cheese to come to room temperature, mix with lamb. In a large bowl combine with all other ingredients until well mixed.
3. Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes with the cutter of your choice. 4. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheets and poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
