Lamb & Spinach Biscuit

We had some homemade yummy treat today. Thank you mummy!

Lamb & Spinach Biscuit

Recipe adapted from: Doggy Dessert Chef

Lamb & Spinach Biscuit (36pcs)

1/2 cup Minced Lamb (cooked)
3/4 cup Spinach (uncooked and chopped)
2 eggs
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Water

1. Preheat oven to 175 degree C
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed.
3. Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes with the cutter of your choice.
4. Place biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheets and poke with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
6. Cool and refrigerate.
